By Submitting the REGISTRATION and participating in the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION you agree to the following release waiver:

I know and understand that participating in yoga can be a potentially rigorous activity. I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in International yoga day celebration.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, events or workshops. I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities as part of international yoga day celebration.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE the organizers, its owners, officers, volunteers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs/activities offered as part of international yoga day celebration at Odeum Expo Center 1033 North Villa Avenue,Villa Park, IL 60181 .

In taking part in the yoga classes or other activities as part of INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities associated with INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION.

I also agree to immediately adhere to directions given me by event officials as well as law enforcement and emergency personnel.

In consideration of the acceptance of my participation, I hereby for myself, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge all companies involved with the organization of the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION, including all sponsors, partners, and affiliates, of this event from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of event organizers, sponsors, partners and affiliates.

Having read and understood this waiver and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION organizers and volunteers, land owners, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind resulting from my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

I further agree that INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION organizers, volunteers, land owners and all sponsors, their representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Licensee”) may take still or moving photographs or other recordings of me, or of my property (including any photographs or film footage that I may provide) during and in connection with the event in which I am participating (the “Footage”).
I hereby grant to the Licensee, its successors, assigns and licensees an irrevocable license to use and reproduce, in whole or in part, the contents of the Footage, my name, my likeness, image, voice, appearance, or that of my property and biographical information about me in connection with the event in which I am participating and the production and exploitation thereof, in any and all manners and media, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for marketing, promotional, advertising, public relations or commercial purposes via videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, websites, including social media, and any promotional materials in any other medium. I grant permission to all the foregoing parties to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that pets, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters are not allowed in any event. I will abide by these guidelines.

The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I represent that I am eighteen years of age or older and have read and fully understood the terms thereof.

I have read and fully understand the above important information warning of risk, assumption of risk, waiver and release of claims. I, therefore, agree to abide by the terms by clicking the submit button.

CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE DISCLAIMER

By Submitting the REGISTRATION and participating in the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION you agree to the following release waiver:

I warrant and acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) named above. I, as the participant or parent or legal guardian of the above-named child/children, hereby give permission for his/her/my participation in the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION.

In consideration of the permission granted to me or the above-named child/children to participate in International Day of Yoga, I do hereby agree, on my own behalf as the participant or, if the parent or legal guardian, on my own behalf and on behalf of the above-named child/children, to release the organizers and its officials, administrators, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from any and all actions, causes of action, damages, claims, or demands of whatever kind of nature which I or the above-named child/children may have against the organizers for any injuries, known or unknown, which are incurred by, arise from, or in any way relate to my or the above mentioned child/children participation in the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION.

I, either for myself or as a parent or guardian, do agree and acknowledge this waiver and do hereby fully release and forever discharge the organizers from any and all claims for injuries, illnesses, damages, expenses or loss that me or my minor(s) child/children may suffer arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION, program or activities.
